CRM Data Repair
Links CRM Companies to CPQ Customers, repairs Contact→Company links, fixes generic Opportunity names, and backfills missing Quote data.
Admin only. This is a one-time repair for existing records. It is safe to run multiple times — it skips already-linked records.
What this repair does
- ✓ For every CRM Company: finds or creates a matching Customer record
- ✓ Sets Company.customerId and Customer.companyId (bidirectional link)
- ✓ For every Contact without a Company: links by company name or email domain
- ✓ Fixes Opportunities named "New Opportunity" using company/contact data
- ✓ Fills missing companyId/contactId on Quotes linked to Opportunities
